srcupdatecheck and nemrun go into the server root (or orangebox folder for 
ep2 engine games). NephCPUFix goes into the bin or orangebox/bin folder.

Then:
$ chmod +x srcupdatecheck nemrun
$ ./nemrun --help

This script is based around the setup of multiple servers running in 'screen'
sessions, and has functions for shutting down all the screens at once to allow
multiple servers to run off of one install but still have auto-update abilities.
