srcupdatecheck and nemrun go into the server root, where srcds_linux lives.
(orangebox folder for ep2 engine games).

Then:
$ chmod +x srcupdatecheck nemrun
$ ./nemrun --help
$ ./nemrun --help_examples

This script is based around the setup of multiple servers running in 'screen'
sessions, and has functions for shutting down all the screens at once to allow
multiple servers to run off of one install but still have auto-update abilities.
